At Hostage Tape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
